In remembrance of Veteran’s Day. Major Iwasiuk was stationed in the Azores, Portugal from 1970 to 1972, during the Vietnam War. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force Medical Corps. He bravely defended the Azores and not one Vietcong made landfall during his tour of duty.
